One of the main problems Fitness Genes had, was conveying their proposition in a simple form that connected with their online audience. Talking about DNA can quickly become boring, so we needed to figure out a way to tell their story in a more compact but still all-encompassing form.
Another problem that Fitness Genes had, was that part of their actual product; the workout plan, lived in an outdated online members area. Their users actually needed to print their training scheme to take it to the gym. Not really the experience you would expect from such a modern day fitness service.
